Exchange Policy

At DOTPAZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not the right fit or you would like to exchange it for another available size or product, you may request an exchange within  of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any difference in price may apply.
 

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene or product specific reasons. Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper care may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged, and return shipping charges may apply unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange and notify you of the outcome.
